• Do I have to pay a deposit?
  Yes.
• What size are the storage units?
  Units 1-15, 12 ft (3.6Mtr) Wide x 37 ft ( 11.3Mtr) Long,
  Units 21–35, 12 ft (3.6Mtr) Wide x 28 ft (8.5Mtr) Long,
  Units 36-47, 11ft (3.3Mtr) Wide x 22ft (6.7Mtr) Long,
  Larger individual sized workshops/storage are available.
• Is it secure?
  Yes the park is covered by CCTV
• When can we have access?
  24/7
• What is the minimum length of contract?
  6 Months.
• How do I pay?
  Monthly Direct Debit.
• What can I store?
  The choice is yours however you cannot store hazardous or harmful substances. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and store items we deem unsafe or unsuitable.
• Are my goods insured?
  We insure the buildings but you are responsible for insuring the contents.
• Do I need a lock for my storage unit?
  Yes you can fit a padlock, although each roller shutter door has its own unique key switch.
• Do I need to bring any ID?
  Yes, you need to bring either your driving licence or passport together with a recent utility bill showing your current address.
